Return & Exchange

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened, unused items. Items must be in original packaging.
Non-Returnable: Used, opened, or altered products are non-refundable/returnable.
Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Shipping fees for all returns must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy/ Chargebacks

Order Cancellation: Can be done within 24 hours. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
